Please join us on Sunday, June 30, at noon for a picnic lunch at Old Prairie Town at Ward-Meade Historic Site in the Preston Hale Room (air-conditioned). Bring a side dish or dessert. The Church will provide baked and fried chicken and beverages.
This will also be our Quarterly Business Meeting so Officers and Coordinators will give reports. Friends are welcome.
There will also be a DEACONS Ordination Examination for persons who have shared a call with the ministry. Members are encouraged to hear these candidate’s call stories, ask Biblical and ethical questions, and vote to affirm/not affirm their candidacy to the Diaconate.
